Dial Family Property Transactions in Rowan County, North Carolina

The Dial family is one of the many families that are part of the Wilcox family.  The son of Robert Dial, Joseph, married Margaret Hinkle.  They then had many children, among them Nancy Elizabeth.  Nancy married James Wilson and they had many children, among them William Hunt Wilson.  William married Hannah Rhetta Dickinson and they had 10 children, among them John Dial Wilson who married Sarah Isabelle Stayley.  They then had eight children, among them Frances Euncie Wilson who married George McGee Wilcox and they had four children, among them Robert Wilson Wilcox who married Margaret Elizabeth Tiffany.  They had four children, their children had two children each, and as a result came my cousin Krista who is a chief contributor to this site, and me.   Yay Dial family!
